Mounted to the top of a tactical helmet, a marker light is vulnerable to harsh impacts. Brushing against low-hanging branches, doorways, or vehicle hatches can rip a naked light off its hook-and-loop mount. Even worse, lateral pressure from gear or slings can accidentally press the soft activation switch, giving away your position during pitch-black operations.
The Unity Tactical Spark Cage eliminates these field hazards. Engineered to snap around the Unity Spark marker light, this low-profile exoskeleton shields the light's housing and recessed activation button while leaving the top optical emission surface totally clear for friend-or-foe (IFF) identification.
Key Features
- Accidental Discharge Prevention: The raised perimeter geometry creates a protective fence around the Spark’s activation button, ensuring the light only turns on when deliberate downward force is applied.
- Anti-Snag Deflection Outer: Smooth, angled outer contours push away brush, overhead lines, and sling straps that would otherwise snag and dislodge your helmet light.
- Integrated Hook-Backing: Features a rigid Velcro hook base that sandwiches the Spark unit, locking the entire assembly firmly into your helmet’s loop pile.
- Rugged Lightweight Polymer: Adds vital impact protection to your signaling equipment without adding noticeable head-weight or altering helmet balance.
