Shipping, Returns & Payment Policy
Generally, our customers will receive their ordered items depending on the order destination. Orders are typically shipped within 24-72 hours (business days). Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. Please check your email for your package tracking number. If you have any questions, contact us at sales@ptssyndicate.com. Ensure your delivery address (PayPal reference address) is valid; PO Boxes and restricted areas are not accepted. PTS is only responsible for shipping the order from the PTS warehouse to the valid address provided by the customer. Once the order has been successfully delivered to the destination, PTS has no further obligations.
Free delivery within Hong Kong is provided via S.F.Express only, additional charges may apply in certain areas, even after the checkout process is completed. If the buyer requests to use another courier service, extra charges may still apply depending on the delivery area.

The shipping fee covers non-remote areas only. Additional charges may apply to certain remote areas, and PTS Steel Shop reserves the right to charge extra shipping fees even after the checkout process is completed.
- If you encounter any issues with the product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) for assistance.
- Refunds are not accepted unless the item(s) is Dead on Arrival (DOA) due to a manufacturing defect. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition and include all original products, accessories, packaging, and box to qualify for a return.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable taxes.
- Actual shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned goods are received and verified by PTS Steel Shop.
- This return policy does not cover items that are abused, altered, misused, or damaged accidentally or intentionally. Buyers acknowledge that these products are moderately durable but not indestructible. Mishandling or rough handling may damage the product, and such conditions are not covered by this return policy.
- If an order fails to be delivered due to anthropic factors (with sufficient evidence), PTS Syndicate Ltd. permits reshipping the order. The buyer is responsible for additional shipping and handling fees, and refunds will not acceptable in such cases.
- Buyers are fully responsible for checking local laws and tax regulations before purchasing.
- PTS Steel Shop reserves the final decision on all return requests.
- If an order is returned due to an invalid name or address, PTS Steel Shop will refund the order via PayPal, deducting a 10% service charge as a penalty.
- A 10% service fee will be charged for any changes made to the order, and the customer must also pay any additional shipping fees.
We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted through either Stripe or PayPal. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also supported via Stripe. Ensure your shipping address is correct.
