Shipping Policy for Overseas Regions (Excluding South America/North America)

Shipping Restrictions

  • For countries/regions not listed above, please EMAIL us for a shipping quote BEFORE making a purchase.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please check the availability of shipping to your country before checkout, including your country's import policies.
  • PTS Steel Shop is not responsible for any product entry restrictions. Please carefully check your local regulations beforehand. Refunds and returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Providing Accurate Recipient Information

  • Please ensure that the recipient’s name and shipping address are correct.
  • If an invalid name or address is provided, we will refund the entire order via PayPal and deduct a 10% service charge as a penalty.
  • We are not responsible for shipments to countries not included in our shipping options, nor for re-shipment due to customer mistakes (e.g., failure to receive the package, no response). Any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
  • Customers can arrange a local forwarder for delivery. We can fulfill your order by delivering it to our retail store. Once collected by your forwarder, PTS Steel Shop is no longer responsible for any duties or issues related to the shipment.

PTS Steel Shop would reserve the right to charge the customer an extra shipping fee.
