When operating submachine guns or pistol-caliber carbines—such as the H&K MP5 or Glock-platform PCCs—carrying supplementary magazines requires a low-profile, high-retention pouch setup. Traditional covered SMG pouches add unwanted bulk and slow down indexing during rapid magazine changes, while loose pockets risk dropping long stick magazines during high-kinetic movement.

Engineered by USA tactical manufacturer Ferro Concepts, the Turnover™ – Quad SMG Small delivers a purpose-built 4-magazine elastic retention insert. Constructed from heavy-duty military elastic, it provides firm passive friction (Elastic Retention) to hold magazines silently and securely without flaps, bungees, or mechanical snaps. Designed with hook Velcro on the rear face and loop Velcro on the front face, it anchors cleanly inside The Slickster™ plate carrier, the ADAPT Kangaroo Front Flap, and the DOPE Front Flap. The front loop face allows operators to maintain modular stacking options inside multi-layer front flaps.

Fitment Note: The Small variant is dimensioned specifically for narrower SMG magazines such as H&K MP5 and Glock 9mm extended stick magazines. For wider magazines (Sig Sauer MPX, CZ Scorpion EVO 3, H&K MP7), please select the Turnover™ – Quad SMG Large variant.

Key Features

• High-Tensile Elastic Passive Retention: Built from heavy-duty military elastic that exerts strong friction to retain magazines through aggressive movements while enabling fast, silent open-top reloads.
• Optimized for Small-Style SMG Magazines: Purpose-molded to securely retain up to four small-style SMG stick magazines, including H&K MP5 (9mm/.40) and Glock 9mm extended 33-round magazines.
• Hook Back / Loop Front Velcro Architecture: Rear hook Velcro locks into host panel loop linings, while front loop Velcro preserves structural layering within Kangaroo and DOPE flaps.
• Seamless Carrier Compatibility: Designed around The Slickster™ plate carrier cummerbund flap, and drops directly into the ADAPT Kangaroo Front Flap and DOPE Front Flap.
• Ultra-Low Profile Footprint: Flat, lightweight form factor adds zero redundant volume to your front plate setup.
• 100% Made in the USA: Manufactured in the United States and fully Berry Compliant for guaranteed operational reliability.
