When deploying larger-format submachine guns or pistol-caliber carbines—such as the Sig Sauer MPX, CZ Scorpion EVO 3, or H&K MP7—securing supplementary magazines in a low-profile front pouch can be difficult. Standard pistol or narrow SMG sleeves are too tight, causing magazine drag, while traditional covered pouches add unnecessary bulk and slow down reload indexing.
Engineered by USA tactical manufacturer Ferro Concepts, the Turnover™ – Quad SMG Large delivers a purpose-built 4-magazine elastic retention insert. Constructed from heavy-duty military elastic, it provides firm passive friction (Elastic Retention) to hold large-format SMG magazines silently and securely without flaps, bungees, or mechanical hardware. Designed with hook Velcro on the rear face and loop Velcro on the front face, it anchors cleanly inside The Slickster™ plate carrier, the ADAPT Kangaroo Front Flap, and the DOPE Front Flap. The front loop face preserves modular stacking capabilities inside multi-layered front flaps.
Fitment Note: The Large variant is dimensioned specifically for wider SMG magazines such as Sig Sauer MPX, CZ Scorpion EVO 3, and H&K MP7. For narrower magazines (H&K MP5, Glock 9mm extended stick magazines), please select the Turnover™ – Quad SMG Small variant.
