In law enforcement duties and high-threat tactical operations, an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) is a critical lifesaving component. However, traditional medical pouches are often bulky and cumbersome. When mounted on the back of a duty belt or plate carrier, they interfere with vehicle seating, snag on doorframes, and create extreme discomfort during long patrol shifts. Furthermore, accessing medical supplies under stress or with a injured primary hand can be nearly impossible with stiff zippered pouches.

Engineered by USA tactical manufacturer Blue Force Gear (BFG), the Micro Trauma Kit NOW! (Micro TKN) Law Enforcement Edition addresses these operational challenges with a low-profile, rapid-deployment design. The system consists of two primary components: an outer MOLLE-mounted sleeve constructed from Ten-Speed® military elastic and ULTRAcomp® laminate, and a removable inner medical organizer insert. Equipped with BFG’s patented BLIP™ (Ballistic Loop Indicator Pattern) pull tabs on both ends, operators can deploy critical lifesaving medical supplies with either hand—or even a single finger—in under a second.

Note: This product is sold as the empty MOLLE pouch and insert assembly only (medical supplies are NOT included). The inner layout is spatial-optimized to house standard Law Enforcement TCCC refills, including chest seals, pressure dressings, combat gauze, nasopharyngeal tubes, and nitrile gloves.

Key Features

• Ultra-Low Profile Horizontal Footprint: Flat, horizontal design sits flush against your lower back or duty belt, eliminating back pressure while seated in patrol vehicles.
• Patented BLIP™ Ambidextrous Single-Finger Deployment: Features tactile BLIP™ pull tabs on both sides, allowing instant one-finger extraction of the inner medical insert from either the left or right side under extreme stress.
• Patented Helium Whisper® MOLLE System: Backing plate is made from proprietary ULTRAcomp® laminate, offering 40% weight savings over metal snaps while requiring only a 3-column by 3-row MOLLE grid.
• Laser-Cut Signal Indicator Cross: Front outer sleeve features a precision laser-cut cross with insertable color signal indicators (blue, red, or reflective) for quick identification by teammates or medics.
• Law Enforcement (LE) Layout Optimization: Inner insert elastic channels are custom-dimensioned to hold essential law enforcement trauma gear flat and secure without excess bulk.
• 100% Made in the USA: Manufactured in the United States and Berry Compliant, trusted by federal law enforcement and military units worldwide.
