2. Payment & Order Confirmation
   By placing an order, you agree to the purchase. Full payment (deposit) is required at the time of ordering to secure your item.
3. Ordering Timeline
   The official order date is based on when PTS places the order with the manufacturer. The estimated arrival time is approximately 3 to 5 months.
4. Status Updates
   We will proactively notify you at the following three stages:
   。When the order with the manufacturer is completed.
   。When the goods arrive at our head office.
   。When the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
5. Returns & Cancellations
   Please consider your purchase carefully, as no returns or exchanges will be accepted once a pre-order is placed. PTS also reserves the right to delete or cancel any order at its discretion.
