- We will refund the whole order by PayPal with 10% service charges as a penalty when we receive an invalid name or address for the order.
- We are not responsible for any shipment to the countries that are not included in our shipping options.
- We are not responsible for re-shipment due to the customer's mistakes like not showing up and no response, further shipping costs will be charged.
- Customers can find the local forwarder for delivery purposes, we are able to fulfill your order by delivering to our retail store. Once the items are collected by your forwarder, PTS Steel shop is not responsible for any duties afterward.
Terms and conditions by using Alfred delivery:
- Extended Area Surcharge： Ma Wan and Discovery Bay HK$120， Tung Chung HK$30
- If the parcel is delivered, and nobody sign for it. PTS Steel Shop has right to charge the extra shipping fee and 10% of your order will be charged as penalty when the customer request to resend.
- No matter whether the parcel is delivered or not, if the customer request to change a new address. PTS Steel Shop will charge additional shipping fee.
- Once completed the checkout process, is not allowed to edit order items, recipient address, or delivery method.
- If the parcel exceeded the limitation of size or weight, the delivery method will be changed to Alfred Home Delivery.
PTS Steel Shop would reserve the right to charge the customer an extra shipping fee.
