📏 Armor Plate Sizing & Configuration Chart
- Medium Size
- Compatible Plate Specs:
- Standard 10" x 12" commercial armor plates (~ 25.4 x 30.5 cm).
- Standard Military Medium SAPI / ESAPI plates (~ 24.1 x 31.8 cm).
- Fitment Advice:
- This is the universal sizing option for 90% of tactical operators and airsoft players.
- If you utilize standard standalone Level III/IV shooters-cut plates or standard dummy training foam/plastic plates, select Medium.
- Compatible Plate Specs:
- Large Size — Fitment varies by configuration
- Slick Configuration (Low-Vis / Slick):
- Built precisely for large-scale 11" x 14" SAPI/ESAPI ballistic plates (~ 27.9 x 35.6 cm).
- Optimized specifically for large-framed personnel requiring extended anatomical torso coverage.
- Bravo Configuration (MOLLE / Over-Armor):
- Optimized for standard 11" x 13" (~ 27.9 x 33.0 cm) or larger heavy-duty armor plates.
- Product Fitment Note: The Bravo Large plate cell can accommodate 11" x 14" Extra-Large plates. However, please note that the lower bottom corners of an 11" x 14" plate will remain slightly visible due to the Bravo's high-clearance corner geometry. This exposure is purely cosmetic and does not affect PALS mounting integrity or protective plate coverage.
