Shipping & Tracking Information:
Generally, our customers will receive their ordered item depending on order destination. Orders are generally shipped within 24-72 hours (business days). Saturday & Sunday , All major holidays are not business days. Please check your email for your package tracking number. If you have any questions please contact us through email sales@ptssyndicate.com .Please make sure your Delivery address (Paypal ref Address ) is valid, PO Box and restricted area are forbidden.
For HK customer- Free delivery within Hong Kong only via HK Post delivery service, if buyer request using S.F express, PTS only delivers the item to SF service center. Extra charges may apply in certain areas even checkout process completed.
(Free delivery service is under condition of minimum charge HK$100. Balance will be applied for necessary )
For oversea buyer : Shipping fee is the basic cover for non-remote area. Extra charges may apply in certain remote areas , PTS Steel Shop have right to charge the extra shipping fee even buyer completed the checkout process.
Return Policy:
- If you find any issue on the product, Please contact us in 24 hours of receiving your item(s) for any kind of question
- Unreasonable refund is not acceptable, unless the item(s) is DOA due to manufacture defect. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
- The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition. It also must contain all original products & accessories with the original packaging and box to qualify for a return.
- Customer have to afford all return shipping fee and any tax may caused.
- The actual shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be given after the goods are returned and verified received by PTS Steel Shop
- This return policy does not cover any item(s) that are abused, altered, misused, or damaged by accident or purposely. You the buyer understands that these products are moderately durable objects, but they are not indestructible. If these products/item(s) are mishandled or roughly handled the product will be damaged. You the buyer understands that and the return policy does not cover such conditions.
- Orders fail to deliver due to any anthropic factor with sufficient evidences, PTS Syndicate Ltd. permits to ship out the order once more. The buyer is responsible for the extra postage and handling fee hence refund is not acceptable.
- You the buyer understands that it is fully your responsibility to check your local laws and tax regulation before purchase this product(s)/item(s).
- PTS Steel Shop retains the final decision to all return request
- PTS Steel Shop will refund the whole order by PayPal with 10% service charges as a penalty when we receive an invalid name or address for the order.
- PTS Steel Shop will charge 10% service fee as a penalty for changing items of the order and the customer should bear all the additional shipping cost.
