Game Method, Terms and Conditions 

Eligibility 

1. The "PTS Secret Prize" game is only for persons aged 18 and over. If the participant fails to meet the above qualifications, his or her eligibility to win the prize will be cancelled.
2. Participants must follow the instructions to like and share the post on FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM and tag 2 or more people to participate in this event.
3. Participants are required to provide the following real personal information, including name, email address, telephone number and mailing address, to participate in this event. If the information provided by the participant is unclear, inaccurate or has any omissions, so that PTS cannot contact the participant, verify the identity of the winner and process the prize collection, the qualification of participating and winning the prize will be cancelled, and other participants cannot Make up, the prize will not be reissued.

Methods and Prizes 

1. Participants must follow the instructions to share the post and tag 2 or more people on FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM to participate in this event.
2. If a participant participates repeatedly, only the first shared post shall prevail.
3. PTS will select winners for this game, and winners will have a chance to win a prize.
4. Each participant can only win once during the event. PTS has the right to disqualify the participants for the award, and will not arrange for replacement winners. In case of any dispute, PTS reserves the right of final decision.

1. Winners will be contacted by PTS specialists after 26 Jan, 2023. All winners will receive a message via FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM on or before 1 Feb, 2023 to notify them of the prize collection arrangement. If the participant does not receive the prize-winning FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM notification from PTS on or before 1 Feb, 2023, it means that the participant has not won the prize.
2. Prizes will be sent by post. Winners must provide the following real personal information, including name, email address, phone number and mailing address to receive the prize. If the winner fails to provide real personal information, his or her eligibility to win the prize will also be disqualified, and PTS will not arrange to reissue the relevant prize, nor will it arrange for a replacement winner.
3. All prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, exchanged for cash or other prizes under any circumstances.
4. Since the prizes will be sent by post, PTS will not pay any taxes, fines, and other expenses that may arise from the opportunity. If the prize is lost during posting, PTS will not reissue the product and will not provide any compensation.

(D) Other considerations 

1. Any delay, loss, error, or unrecognizable information submitted by participants due to problems with computers, smart phones, devices, and networks, etc., will be deemed to be incomplete and unable to participate in the event.
2. If a participant is found to participate in the event with a plug-in program, intentional use of improper means, empty account and/or fake account, PTS has the right to disqualify the participant from participating and winning the prize without any notice.
3. During this event, PTS will try its best to take reasonable steps to keep the information confidential, but it does not guarantee the confidentiality of any information or data transmitted through the server and/or the service, or any computer, smart phone, device, network, etc. PTS shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, error, or unrecognizable information submitted by participants due to problems.
4. Participants must clearly understand and agree to the risks involved in participating in this event, including but not limited to damage to computers, smart phones, devices, etc. or loss of data, and PTS shall not be responsible for any of them.
5. The date and time of participation in this activity and submission of materials are all subject to the PTS computer system.
6. PTS employees and their immediate family members (including parents, children and spouses) are not allowed to participate in the event and win prizes.
7. When participating in the above activities, it means that you have agreed to the terms and conditions, otherwise PTS has the right to cancel your participation and award qualifications.
8. PTS reserves the right to make the final decision on the participation qualifications, award qualifications, and award list of this event. In case of any dispute, PTS reserves the right of final decision.

(E) Data usage statement 

 The personal information collected and saved by participating in the game is used for identity verification when receiving prizes. After claiming the prize, the data will be destroyed.
