Traditional enclosed tourniquet pouches provide element protection, but their flap closures, hook-and-loop tabs, or zippers can add unwanted bulk to a plate carrier setup and introduce physical friction during high-stress deployments.

Engineered by USA tactical manufacturer Blue Force Gear (BFG), the Tourniquet NOW! Strap (SKU: TNS-1) delivers a low-profile, high-speed solution to mount life-saving medical gear. Designed to secure directly onto 3 columns of standard MOLLE/PALS webbing, this minimalist holder utilizes heavy-duty military-grade elastic loops combined with tactical webbing to lock your tourniquet flat against your platform.
